GOAL:
How to replace the Microsoft TabStrip Control Version 5.0 by the Microsoft TabStrip Control Version 6.0 in the parenting Progress 4GL Window?
FIX:
This solution assumes that the Microsoft TabStrip Control Version 6.0 exists and is properly registered on the Computer involved
1. Save a copy of your Window application in a safe place.
2. Delete the existing .wrx file.
3. Open the Window containing the TabStrip Control Version 5 in the procedure editor.
4. Replace the TabStrip Version 5.0 CLSID: {9ED94440-E5E8-101B-B9B5-444553540000} with the TabStrip Version 6.0 CLSID: {1EFB6596-857C-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628} .
5. Save the Window.
6. Open & Save the Window in the AppBuilder to generate a new .wrx file.
7. The new Window has the TabStrip Control Version 6.
