Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION Fault address: 101BBE0F 01:001BAE0F
Same program has no problem when running on Win NT
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E or 9.1D09
