[ConnectionManager] Remote Database configuration for <databasepath/dbname> on hostname not found
Command executed is exact copy of command from the remote database control screen of the Fathom Management console
FACT(s) (Environment):

CHANGE:
Upgraded from Progress 9.1D09/Fathom Management 2.1A to Progress 9.1E/Fathom Management 3.0A
CAUSE:
Smdatabase.properties file was not copied from the 9.1D09 $DLC/properties directory to the 9.1E $DLC/properties directory. Therefore, the Smdatabase plugins does not recognize the configuration. Fathom configuration was migrated by dumping the Fathom Management 2.1A configuration to an xml file and loading it into the Fathom Management 3.0A console.
FIX:
Copy the smdatabase.properties file from the old version's $DLC/properties directory to the new install.
