SYMPTOM(s):
delta.df applied to schema holder
.sql script applied to Oracle database
Users get error 1461 with the upgraded application
Schema holder does not match database schema -- file field . (1461)
"dba" has no problem running the upgraded application
CAUSE:
A view was created in .sql applied and users were not given permission on that view
FIX:
Grant access to the newly created Oracle view to the users
