7.3B DOS / char Install giving Fatal Exception error fault
Customers attempting to install the 7.3B DOS product for character
mode on Windows 95 will get a Fatal Exception error or "segment not
present fault" if they try to do the install by clicking on install
through Explorer or by issuing the Install command from a Win95 RUN
prompt.
To install successfully, you need to run the install command from a
DOS prompt. You can run the install command from a DOS window in
Win95 or by booting into DOS on the Win95 PC.
