SYMPTOM(s):
When different 9.1x versions of WebClient are installed on one machine, removing the latest version will cause the WebClient application to fail with an error.
"Unable to download application configuration file <application name>.prowcapc"

CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by development
FIX:
There are two possible workarounds:
1: Completely remove all 9.1x installations and reinstall the desired version.
2: Modify the registry (with i.e. versions 9.1D and 9.1E installed):
- Export HKey_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/PSC/WebClient/9.1D.
- Rename HKey_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/PSC/WebClient/9.1D to HKey_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/PSC/WebClient/9.1E
- Import HKey_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/PSC/WebClient/9.1D registry created above.
- Running the WebClient application in 9.1D will now work.
