SYSTEM ERROR: File <drive>:<path>\<dbname>.b1 too small 0, blocksize 8192 extend failed." (4524)
CAUSE:
The V8 database is a Windows 16bit database which had 512 byte block size.
FIX:
Dump definition and data of the V8 database, with the 8.1x 16bit product, and create a new V9 32bit database.
