SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer will not start.
Running proadsv -query results in error: exception in thread "main" java.lang.unsatisfiedLinkError: open
Ran proadsv with silent mode disabled which failed with \jre\bin\java error 1 incorrect function; complete.
Java environment settings were not set at the OS level.
All Java environment settings in the registry for Progress were correct.
All Classpath settings in the registry for Progress were correct.
CAUSE:
Corrupt Java installation.
FIX:
Reinstalled Java.
