GOAL:
how to add a menu with the same functionality as the navigation panel?
FIX:
There are two possible solutions to this problem:
1. The easiest method is to use the standard smartToolbar from the Object Palette and then switch off the TableIO, Transaction and Function properties in its instance property sheet. This will leave the Navigation options and because the smartToolbar has a menu by default then the Navigation menu options are visible.
2. Alternatively, the toolbar can be customized to add the desired functionality.
