Using Networked Drives in PROPATH with WebSpeed 2.x on NT

There is a known problem using Novell Netware mapped drives
in your PROPATH with WebSpeed on NT. For example, if you
have procedures on a Novell network drive \\myserver\dir1
mapped to the F: drive on your NT machine, and use the F:
drive in your PROPATH, WebSpeed will not be able to find
the procedures.

Fortunately, as a work-around you can use the UNC directory
name (\\myserver\dir1) in your PROPATH rather than the drive
letter (F:). However, there are some restrictions related to
user logins and NT security that must be carefully observed
to make this work.

In the "General" tab of the Configuration Utility, there is
a "Domain/account" field. The specified account must:

1) have administrator privledges on the machine where WebSpeed
is installed,
2) either be the user that installed WebSpeed, or during the
installation you specified that the WebSpeed installation
applied to all users, and
3) have access to the Netware drive in question with the
same user name and password specified in the Configuration
Utility.

If these 3 conditions are met, then the UNC name can be used
in the PROPATH.

There is another important point to remember when specifying
a PROPATH in the Configuration utility. If the specified account
is the user that installed WebSpeed, the PROPATH should be
specified in the "Application PROPATH for Current User" field.
If the specified account is not the user that installed WebSpeed,
but during installation you specified that the WebSpeed
installation applied to all users, the PROPATH should be
specified in the "Application PROPATH for All Users" field.
