The Value attribute of CSComb32.ocx incorrectly returns a blank instead of what was typed by the user
User types a value into the combo box that is not part of the list
Window contains instance of CSComb32.ocx combo box
Only version 4.50 of the OCX has the problem

Bug# 20050603-008
CAUSE:
Due to a change made to the control by the vendor (SAX Software), the Value attribute is incorrectly returning a blank instead of what the user typed in
FIX:
Contact SAX Software and request an updated version of the control which does not have this problem
