SYMPTOM(s):
Getting error 5193 when connecting to a database.
Unable to find host <host-name> in file HOSTS or HOSTS file not found in expected location. (5193)
The HOSTS file exists in %WINDIR%\System32\Drivers\Etc.

CAUSE:
Possible network problems.
FIX:
Correct the network issue and make sure you can ping the database server by hostname.
As a workaround:
- try to use the database server IP address for the -H parameter,
- or try to add the database server hostname into the HOSTS file.
