SYMPTOM(s):
Attempting to create a new empty database
Using PRODB command
No database is created/appears in the Working Directory
No errors are displayed
Previous versions of Progress had been installed on the PC but have been removed
CAUSE:
The Environment Variable "DLC" exists and is pointing to a version of Progress that is no longer installed
FIX:
Remove the "DLC" Environment Variable and restart Progress
