CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
Open _user.d manually and add " ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? " (without "") at the right end of each line with data (from _user table), save the file and load it again.
