SYMPTOM(s):
Invalid data error installing Progress products
Using control codes and serial number from green sheets
No typos or transposed characters
CAUSE:
Using same CD to install two different versions of Progress. Each version of Progress is shipped on its own media. Different versions of Progress products are never combined on one CD. All CDs are clearly labeled as to what version they contain.
FIX:
Obtain the correct CD for the Progress version being installed.
