SYMPTOM(s):
Can not connect to webspeed broker
Error 5804 when messenger tries to connect to broker
Msngr: Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error -66
Messenger's name server verify can get to name server and get connected broker information
Messenger's broker verify returns error 5804
Broker log does not show request coming from messenger
Distributed configuration, webspeed messenger is on one machine, transaction server is on the other machine
Using apache on windows
Error also reproducible with IIS
Messenger directly connects to broker works

The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Change broker registrationMode to register-HostName
