Installing WebClient application generates <hex number>wcadd/_ExtractComponent.p" (5890 )
The system cannot find the file specified. Error code: <hex number>
Can not open WebClient cab file during installation
CAUSE:
A corrupted .cab file, or missing files in the .cab file will cause this error.
FIX:
Determine the component that was being downloaded when the error happened, and check the .cab file for corruption.
