** Unable to run startup procedure <program>. (492)
CAUSE:
Shortcut have the correct path to the .pf, however -p in the .pf have incorrect path or the name of the startup procedure include unprintable characters.
FIX:
Correct the path to the .p file inside the .pf file and ensure that the name of the startup procedure is correct by retyping it.
