FACT(s) (Environment):

Customer can open a new Work Request using the following link.
http://www.progress.com/support/index.ssp
In the Web page go to Log a Support Issue Online. You have the possibility to Open a Work Request using TechWeb or QuickLog.
TechWeb requires a Login and Password you need previously to request to Technical Support.
QuickLog doesn't need any Login and Password.
Choose between the 2 possible ways to log the Call.
Select your Region and then enter the requested information in way to log your Call.
