FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Child node being added using the mouse right-click in the structured Treeview is added to the wrong place
Client session is using the AppServer connection
Problem does not appear in the GUI client/server session with database connection
Treeview is using structured node
Child node being added with the mouse right-click popup menu gets either parent value as ?, or the one from previously selected node
Problem occurs only the root level node which does not have existing child nodes
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Child node can be added by first selecting the node from the root level in the Treeview and then
clicking on the 'Add' button in the right pane toolbar.
