"Logging level set to = 1"
FACT(s) (Environment):
The logging level of the CGIIP messenger is set to 'Error Only'
logginglevel=1 in the ubroker.properties file

FIX:
Upgrade to OE10.1C or later
Or,
if upgrade is not possible, you can turn off logAppend by changing its value to 0. This will cause the log file to have only one entry of the logging level information, and the log file would not grow.
