AppServer processes regularly die
No error to be seen in log files for explanation of failures
protrace file found shows: Fault address.......\BIN\Niphk.dll
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
Norman anti-virus (Niphk.dll) caused a Progress executable to fail.
FIX:
Make sure the anti-virus is not checking "java.exe", "_mprosrv", "_proapsv",... processes or ports needed by Progress.
