Minimum Dynamics screen width does not take into account hidden toolbar buttons
The width of the container which has toolbar with hidden buttons cannot be resized less than the total toolbar width including all buttons
Minimum container width cannot be less than width of the toolbar containing all buttons - being visible or not

Enhancement request# 20050513-003
FIX:
This enhancement has not been implemented in the product.
However, creating the copy of the toolbar object containing only required buttons and
placing it into container for the instance where the reduced screen width is required
can be one possible workaround.
