Can a V7 client connect to AppServer?
DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.
No. The earliest version of Progress which supports a client
that connects to AppServer is 8.1.
NOTE: An AppServer agent acts like any other Progress client and can
therefore connect to a maximum of one version below that of the client
(for example, a v8 client/appserver agent can connect to a v7 db).
