FIX:
Follow the steps:
1) Make sure that the Admin server is running on the remote machine.
From the remote machine, use: proadsv -query -port <port number>
where port number is the port where the AdminServer resides. The default value is 20931.
2) Open Progress Explorer tool. Start -> Programs -> Progress group -> Progress Explorer tool
3) Right-click on the "Progress Explorer" on the left panel and select "Add Progress Server"
4) In the Server Properties window, type in the name of the server or the ip address where the AdminServer is running.
5) If you use the default port in the step 1, you may skip this step. Otherwise, click on the "Advanced" tab and type in the port number.
6) Click Ok.
7) Right-click on the Server name and select "Connect ..."
8) Type in a valid user and password of the remote server and click OK.
