Need Smooth Scrolling set off in IE 4.0 for WebSpeed(2.x)
When using Internet Explorer 4.0 to build web applications using
WebSpeed, you must set the Smooth Scrolling option Off as follows:
View --> Internet Options --> Advanced _
The Smooth Scrolling box should not be checked.
If it is checked, the symptom that you see is that the wizard screens
appear garbled, when the Query tab is selected to start the Query
Builder.
