Extended characters do no print with UTF-8 session.
Converting characters from UTF-8 to another code page with the OUTPUT statement, e.g. OUTPUT TO PRINTER CONVERT TARGET 1252, does not print the extended characters correctly.
Directing the output to a text file writes the correct extended characters to the file.
