CAUSE:
Bug# 20050411-008
CAUSE:
The problem occurs because initializeServerObject is called, indirectly, from getKeyTableId, which is not set because no entity record can be found for the SDOs table.
FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 2.1B01 or later
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0B02 or later
