GOAL:

How does CorVu calculate the worst and best values for a Balanced Scorecard?

FIX:

The following is extracted from the Balanced Scorecard documentation from CorVu's CorManage edocs -
Best and Worst values
The Best and Worst values represent the highest and lowest values found in the performance data for the measures listed. No values are listed when result Dynamarts are used as measures. You can change the Best and Worst values by manually entering new values.
When selecting the Best and worst values, CorVu automatically assumes the highest value in the column to be the Best value, and the lowest value to be the Worst. For some measures, however, this is not always true; for example, consider shipping costs, where a high shipping cost is bad and a low cost is good. In a case like this, you should switch the values.
The values can be edited under Right-click on results icon > Edit Stretch Target/Weights.
