UIB - There is no window or dialog-box to place things in...
If you get the following error message from the User Interface
Builder (UIB) when attempting to open a window (*.W) the most likely
reason for the error is that the file was transferred from one system
to another using FTP and you did not transfer the files using the
"Binary" option. You should transfer the files again using the
correct option (i.e. Binary).
ERROR MESSAGE:

There is no window or dialog-box to place things in. Aborting the
opening of <file name goes here>.
