Error does not occur when Open Edge 10.0B is installed.

CAUSE:
Fathom is using the wrong version of the tools.jar file to compile the jsp pages. Progress installs multiple versions of the file, but uses the one it thinks is proper based on what it sees at install time.
FIX:
Unzip the FathomInstallDir/jars/91/jars.zip into the FathomInstallDir/jars directory. This will replace the tools.jar with the proper version. Stop and restart the adminserver.
