GOAL:
In TTY mode, does the VALUE-CHANGED event fire when each element in the drop down list of a combo-box is highlighted?
FIX:
When running in TTY mode, the VALUE-CHANGED event for a combo-box widget only fires when you press the enter key after selecting an entry from the drop down list. This differs from Windows where the VALUE-CHANGED event will fire for each element in the list as you arrow up and down through the list.
