SYMPTOM(s):
The Web Services Adapter (WSA) returns the following error during startup:
javax.servlet.UnavailableException: com.progress.wsa.WsaSOAPEngineException: Invalid WsaSOAPEngine init parameter: Progress installation directory

OpenEdge is installed on a local drive

CAUSE:
The InstallDir property in <JSE Installation Directory>\webapps\wsa\WEB-INF\web.xml is pointing to an invalid %DLC% path.
FIX:
Correct the %DLC% path in the InstallDir property in <JSE Installation Directory>\webapps\wsa\WEB-INF\web.xml and restart the Java Servlet Engine (JSE) which is hosting the WSA.
