getAllFieldNames and getAllFieldHandles functions return blank
The values of AllFieldNames and AllFieldHandles have changed between 10.0A01 and 10.0B02.
In 10.0A01 the AllFieldNames and AllFieldHandles properties included a reference to a static folder on a container if one existed. In 10.0B02 this is no longer referenced.

CAUSE:
This is an expected change in behavior, introduced as a result of various bug fixes.
FIX:
Instead of using AllFieldNames and AllFieldHandles, use the ContainerTargets and InstanceNames properties of the container instead, as per the following release note:

The AllFieldHandles and AllFieldNames properties did store procedure handles and names for contained objects on static containers. This information is now only available in the ContainerTarget and InstanceNames properties.
