CorVu installation failing with license code error
CorBusiness License must have 16 characters
CAUSE:
Progress 9-digit serial number input instead of the 16-character CorVu activation code.
FIX:
CorVu installation requires the 16-character code for the product, and not the Progress serial number allocated to it.
Activation codes should be received when the CorVu product is ordered. If you have not already received your activation control codes and, if necessary, website userid and password to download any additional components you may have ordered from CorVu, then please contact CorVu by sending an email to: progmaint@corvu.com. Please include the name of your company and serial number(s) from the Progress Licence Addendum (green sheet).
