Run prostrct list to determine which extents were not created. (8372)

Database was created by restoring a backup using probkup

Prorest failed due to logic error in the script
FIX:
Perform the following steps:
1) Run prostrct list to determine which extents were not created.
prostrct list <database name>
2) Review scripts to locate a missing or wrong step
3) Fix erroneous step(s) or call Progress Technical Support for further assistance.
