Unable to export a Web Service by using the Progress Explorer Tool.
The export of a Web Service in Progress Explorer returns an error
Encountered exception while exporting wsTest.wsd:
java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: UTF-8 [Could not load class: sun.io.CharToByteUTF-8]
Export cannot proceed.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
FIX:
Currently a workaround is to use the WSAMAN utility, e.g.:
wsaman -name wsa1 -appname wsTest -wsd wsTest.wsd -export
