Error 4043 generated when querying the SCREEN-VALUE of the Editor
DITEM is not large enough to hold string. (4043)
FILL can populate the Editor with a maximum of 31991 characters before generating an error
If the Editor contains 31982 characters or less then querying the SCREEN-VALUE of the Editor succeeds
