SYMPTOM(s):
Dragging multiple procedures to the AppBuilder from Windows Explorer does not open all the files.
Not all files are opened in the AppBuilder when dragging from Windows Explorer. Only a subset of the files are opened.
Other clients open all files in the AppBuilder without a problem.
CAUSE:
Unknown at the time or writing, but seems to relate to the configuration of the particular client machine in question.
FIX:
Use another client to open several procedure files.
