FIX:
It is difficult to translate the ADM2 smartFilter combo values. They are defined in a property called 'OperatorLongValues' in filtprop.i, and because these strings are defined in a property they will not be so easy to translate.
The only possible work around is to copy filtprop.i to your local parallel ADM2 custom directory structure, translate, then re-compile the template object. But you would obviously miss any Progress updates to these files in the future, and you will have to deploy them with your application. Also, since this property is a string/value pair you must be very careful that you do not modify the operator value. These are used in the query that is passed to the filter SDO. If you change these values in the property the filter string passed to the SDO query is likely to fail compilation.
