Message (748) is not displayed when exceeding the number of configured users, -n
New users can not login.
Current users continue to work without issue
The login semaphore is not released
CAUSE:
bug# 19991221-010
CAUSE:
When the 748 message appears, you need to select ok to continue. Since it does not appear in this case, the next user attempts to login while the first user that exceeded the -n value has not released the login semaphore. True for subsequent login attempts.
FIX:
Upgrade to 7.3F or greater.
