Fathom Management 3.0A

SYMPTOM(s):
Warning: Running Java version 1.3.0
Fathom is loses the proper status of the database.
Fathom Jobs just stop running no errors given.
AdminServer dies occasionally.
java -version run from proenv has Java version as 1.3.1
java -version run from command line DLC\jdk\bin has Java version as 1.3.1
java -version run from command line DLC\jre\bin has Java version as 1.3.0
CAUSE:
The AdminServer is using the java version found in DLC\jre\bin which is the wrong version for Fathom 3.0A.
FIX:
Upgrade Java to the proper version in the offending directory.
