CAUSE:
Disk system was forcible unmounted before database was completely shutdown.
FIX:
Make sure the database log lists that the database has completed its shutdown before unmounting any disk(s) which hold database files.
The expected Progress message code will be (334). This may have text which indicates single, multi, or some utility has completed shutdown.
The message will reflect whatever mode the database was being run in prior to its completing the shutdown phase.
