Fathom Management 3.0A
FIX:
Yes. In Fathom Management 3.0A, the concept of "scripted databases" (sm_database) was introduced.
Although the AdminServer is still needed on the machine where Fathom Management is installed, the remote databases can be managed by starting the "dbagent" against each database that you want managed on the remote machine after the scripted database has been proserved. The databases themselves need to first be configured in the Fathom Console (Resources, add new resource, scripted database, then start the _dbagent on the remote machine)
