How to specify additional Environment space Under Win NT
One problem that has come up recently is how does one configure a
machine with Windows NT to have more Environment space. This can be
accomplished by:
From the Control Panel, choose SYSTEM then ENVIRONMENT. Then, select
COMPSPEC and then type the following in the value text box.
<drive:\windir>\SYSTEM32\CMD.EXE /E:2048
<drive:\winder> is the drive and directory that windows is installed i
2048 is an arbitrary value that can be set up to 32768, usually in
1024 byte increments.
