Error: The license file for the specified ActiveX control was not found.
Error occurred in procedure: <procedure name> (6078)
Running on base release of Windows 95
CAUSE:
Progress was installed on a Windows 95 machine without installing the required Microsoft Service Pack(s).
Progress requires that Service Pack 1 be installed before installing Progress. If this Service Pack is not installed, the above error may occur when using OCX controls.
FIX:
a) Uninstall Progress.
b) Install the appropriate service pack (Service Pack 1).
c) Reinstall Progress.
