-cpinternal UTF-8 used on client-side
4GL client running in batch mode
Client running in 32-bit mode
Sax reader causes session crash with 1250 and 1252 startup code page
Session hangs when parsing a UTF-8 xml file with a session code page (-cpinternal and -cpstream) set to 1250 or 1252. The problem does not occur when iso8859-1 is used.

CAUSE:
A bug in the XML parser used by the Progress 4GL could corrupt the memory.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E01, 10.0B02 or later release
