Using SAVE-ROW-CHANGES() method of Buffer object handle to delete a record
If the delete operation fails, for example the database delete trigger returns an error, the following error message is displayed:
Unable to delete <name> record in the database during SAVE-ROW-CHANGES. (11914)
Using SAVE-ROW-CHANGES() with NO-ERROR option doesn't suppress the error message
