Converting a v9 database to v10 with CONV910 fails with 2257 and 11114.
Unable to open or create <path to first schema extent>, error 2. (2257)
Conversion failed in drReadMasterBlk9, ret = -1. (11114)
This occurs when the first schema extent is located above the directory of the .db file.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue.
FIX:
WORKAROUND:
Ensure that the first schema extent is in the same
directory as the .db file or below.
