Only Enterprise systems may access a database with large files enabled (9818)
Enterprise license is installed
Large files enabled on database
Other Progress installations present on machine
CAUSE:
The environment is incorrect for the session from which the database is being started. The cfg file referenced is for a non-Enterprise installation.
FIX:
Ensure the environment is set up correctly, i.e. referencing an Enterprise installation.
